By making an appointment you have entered into a contract. Therapy time will be made available at the appointed time and date and clinic space will be reserved for your appointment.

Payment

Payment Payment of the agreed fee is due at the time of each consultation and constitutes the fee due for that phase of the overall treatment.

Except for smoking therapy you will not be asked to pay for a course of treatment, the only fee charged will be for the current appointment.

The fee for smoking therapy is due on the first appointment regardless of whether one or two stage treatment has been requested.

Payment can be by cash or cheque. If your appointment is at the Holistic Centre, Middleton, then you may also pay by Debit or Credit card, please note that 3% will be added to your fee when payment is made by credit card.


Cancelling Appointments

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you may do so by telling me by telephone or answerphone message at least 24 hours before the appointment time or 36 hours before by e-mail. If you fail to inform me of your intention to cancel an appointment within the time limits above then a fee will be charged as follows;

At least 24 hours by telephone or 36 hours by e-mail prior to the appointment - No fee

At least four hours of the appointment time by telephone (NOT e-mail) 50% of the quoted fee.

In the case of an appointment before 11am then telephoning the night before is required.

If you fail to attend with insufficient or no notice a fee equal to the therapy fee will be charged.

In the case of smoking therapy, no refund will be given on failure to attend the second appointment and completion of treatment will be at the normal session rate.

Unavoidable inability to attend the consultation will considered in light of the circumstances.
